iCCore ("we", "our", "us") is a healthcare CRM platform developed by Integy Tech ("Integy"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at iccore.integytech.com.tr and related services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, organization details when you register.
- Patient Data: Information entered by healthcare organizations about their patients, including contact details and communication history.
- Messaging Data: Messages sent and received through integrated channels (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram) are stored to provide the CRM service.
- Usage Data: Log data, device information, and analytics to improve our service.
- Facebook Data: When connecting Facebook/Instagram pages, we receive Page Access Tokens and page-related information necessary to process messages.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the CRM platform
- To process and deliver messages between healthcare organizations and their patients
- To manage user accounts and authentication
- To generate analytics and reports for healthcare organizations
- To improve and optimize our services
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:
- Meta Platforms: To send and receive messages via WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram APIs.
- Cloud Service Providers: For hosting, storage, and infrastructure services.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. Sensitive data such as access tokens are encrypted using AES-256.
6. Data Retention
- Messages: Retained for up to 2 years
- Audio/media files: Retained for up to 6 months
- Audit logs: Retained for up to 5 years
- Account data: Retained while the account is active
7. Your Rights (KVKK / GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to processing of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
8. Facebook / Meta Platform Data
When you connect your Facebook Page, Instagram Business Account, or WhatsApp Business Account to iCCore, we access only the data necessary to provide messaging services. We do not store Facebook user passwords. Page Access Tokens are encrypted and stored securely. You can revoke access at any time through your Facebook Business Settings.
9. Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, contact us at info@integytech.com.tr. We will process your request within 30 days. You can also disconnect your Meta accounts at any time from the Settings page, which will stop all data collection from those channels.
